For Best Smile ("we", "us") helps patients plan dental treatment at our partner clinic in Istanbul, Türkiye. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

02What we collect
When you use the form on this site: your full name, phone number, email address and, if you started from a treatment page, the treatment you were looking at.
When you message us afterwards: anything you choose to send, such as photos of your smile, X-rays or details about your dental health. Health information is sensitive, so we only use it with your explicit consent and only to prepare your treatment plan.
03How your enquiry travels
When you press send, two things happen. WhatsApp opens on your device with your details already written, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. At the same time a copy of the form reaches our inbox through FormSubmit, a form delivery service.
Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. WhatsApp is operated by Meta. These providers process your information on our behalf and under their own security and privacy terms.
04Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a treatment plan and price, arrange your visit and keep in touch after your treatment.
We rely on the steps needed before you book treatment with us, and on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
05Who we share it with
The dentists and staff at our partner clinic in Istanbul, who need your details and dental records to plan and carry out your treatment.
The service providers named above, only as far as they need it to deliver messages and email.
Some of these recipients are outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, including in Türkiye and the United States. When your information leaves the UK or EU we only share what is needed for your treatment.
06How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and plan your treatment. If you become a patient, the clinic keeps your dental records for as long as the law requires.
If you decide not to go ahead, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
07Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads, as any website you visit does.
08Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to its use or receive a copy to take elsewhere.
Write to contact@forbestsmile.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority: the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, the data protection authority in your EU country, or the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye.

This site is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
10Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
